“What if I have a medical marijuana card?”

No, Due to the fact that Marijuana is Federally classified as a Schedule 1 substance under the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 8112). I know personally of individuals who have gone through the course & actually received thier permit, only to be denied while at the gun store attempting to purchase their 1st firearm. You will have to fill ou a “Federal Form 4473” and “Question E” asks about marijuana and other drug use. Lying on this form is considered perjury, and punishable by a huge fine or prison time.
